    router sync issue

      router sync issue

      called today again about the issue with my router losing sync was told that my connection was boosted to over 14mb but my line couldn't handle it but neither did i ask for it.
      so i asked if it could be reset back to 6.50meg he says it wont go back that it was only kicking in at 5meg is he lying I want my stable 6.50mg connection back

      i have made a formal complaint i will not be fobbed of my some stupid kid who cannot be bothered to reset my line back

      someone help

      Connection Speed 5024 kbps 800 kbps
      Line Attenuation 43.0 db 26.0 db
      Noise Margin 10.8 db 17.0 db

      You should get 7 to 8Mb with the stats you have, just phone again wait til after 10.30pm and get through to CST and ask them to increase the speed, also ask them to increase your upstream speed as well.

      was i fobbed off with the line that it is only kicking in at 5meg sounds like one to me

      They should be able to set the speed to just about any speed you ask them for, I would say he was talking rubbish, like i said phone again and you should get someone who can help you, most should be helpful.

      yep i just new it sounded a bit iffy when he said it was only kicking in at 5meg i made a complaint anyway will i get straight through to cst will i not need to go through to india or something before being passed
