Got the router today. No internet. Went onto the Sky website and it says....
Your order is progressing and we aim to have your Broadband up and running by the end of the day on: 08/09/2009

You have to wait for the line to be activated I'm afraid. Leave it all connected as you may get lucky and it might go live before the 8th.

Your lucky, for some people (me included) the line was activated before the router was sent meaning no internet as we had transferred from another company, in my case BT.
