      0800 number canned?

Not sure but when I tried the 0800 today it had a recorded message "This number is not available in your area, please try 08702 404040"

0800 has been working, but I bet it's been costing them a fortune to run I've been placing a daily call to see when my router is going to be despatched so I've done my bit heh

If this is true, may be worth updating the faq on here.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      New freephone no. 0800 051 2595

Try this 0800 051 2595 worked for me earlier, went through quickly too i.e. couple of minutes as opposed to there higher cost line which keeps you waithing for 24 minutes.... strange one costs them money (answer quick) the other costs us .....mmmmm

      Yeah I did the same.

Guys do you think you could sort the Skyuser FAQ so it's not a series of replies and is instead a single post that's easy to navigate perhaps and put the Sky contact info at the top? In my opinion, this would save people a lot of money.

Yeah I can confirm that 0800 051 2595 is working (well until they see thousands of people using it again and costing them a fortune )
