      Have you heard the one about...

      My friend has the Sky engineer doing the install at her home right now.

      Can't get it to work,
      He can't get through to Sky on the phone (now where have I heard that one B4?)
      so she got him to phone me to see if I could help.......

      Previous ADSL service ceased this morning.
      i light is on
      No IP address in Router Status. Ditto after Router reboot.
      Using Broadband Resource - However, there is already an order pending against your line.

      Looks like the service isn't fully set up!

      How do I claim the 50 install fee from Sky for my consultancy work?

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      I Guarantee he never phoned the engineer number they are always phoning the customer number
