Some Good News
Router finally arrived today, set up in 5mins and everything perfect inc wireless. Only problems encountered were that Parceline did not deliver the first router so I had to reorder. All in all lost old connection for 7 days.
To be fair, it was not Sky's fault Parceline failed to deliver. However the frustration has been queueing to contact Sky and then being bounced from person to person to actually get them to deliver a second router.
Stats are as follows (on mid). Are these good re LA and NM as I have no clue. Speed seems to be about right although I must admit it is hard to say it seems 4x quicker than previously I had with Pipex. Happy to share any info on set up if this helps anyone.

Your stats look excellent to me. Hopefully you'll have a rock-steady connection.
If you ever decide to move to Max with that attenuation and noise I'd guess you'd get close to 16 meg.

Hi Treherne, glad to hear change your from Pipex (Im in same boat too)
How long should I wait for the router to arrive?
& Activation Date?
Called last week, gave my MAC code & was accepted OK
Received 2 letters yesterday with a Username & Password.
But no router or activation date.

First delivery for router was about 5 days. Second delivery (they say it is quicker for replacement deliveries) was ordered on Friday and delivered on Tuesday. Activation was circa 7 days from the letters. All would have been perfect if Parceline had not failed.
