If I were you, I'd get on the phone to sky and if the ticket is still open you'll be passed through to CST. Say to them that DLM is effecting your connection and you'd like DLM suspended, the line code put to g.dmt and the speed set to the max attainable for the line. Incase you have any problems in the next few days whilst you monitor the connection, ask for the ticket to be kept open for 72 hours.
As Isitme said, I've never heard of DLM 'causing issues' if suspended. Perhaps it is due to sky encouraging agents to let DLM run its course...
