      yup, i had been DLM'd again.

      they put my line back how it was.

      one thing the guy did say was that een though they are selling 20mb, not every exchange they are selling it for can handle it, and they can only take me up to 16mb. once the exchange is upgraded to 20mb they can look at taking me higher. with my stats 16 or 17 is as good as i think i can hope for but if its true, i might get lucky.

      That is a fob off. If the exchange is capable of 16 Mb it means it has been enabled for ADSL2+ which is capable of speeds up to 24Mb, never mind 20.

      The exception would be where they are selling someone an Up to 20 Mb package when the exchange has not even enabled. The poor sod ends up on Connect.
