Speeds slower than what I should be getting

      Hello,

Recently connection problems forced my family to contact sky for help on connection problems, when contacting we discovered that the speed we should be recieveing is 1mb download and a similar upload speed if I remember correctly, where as the maximum speed we have recieved is 108 kb/s wired. This has got me curious as to what I could do to get me up to the 1mb.

I ran a speed test and this is the result

you need to post stats from your router please.

      Sync speed

      type we looking for

preferably from the test socket at the rear of the split face plate. Assuming you have a NTE5 master socket?
