      It may be a problem with the filters rather than the phone. The Sky ones, particularly, the ones that come with the Sagem are not that great and don't seem to like having the router and a phone plugged into the same filter at once. You could try investing in some better microfilters or failing that buy and install a filtered faceplate.

      Check the filters sky sent you and if you see a little red marking in one of the port entries, then get rid and go purchase some new filters.

      Dodgy filters and/or a dodgy phone. About the only combination you have not tried is plugging a filter into the master and plug the router and another filter into that. Plug your phone extension into the second filter. When you check the speeds, also check the noise margin. I would say you would benefit from a good quality filter. Whether you go for a filtered faceplate is up to you, with no extensions wired into the master, the only advantage would be cosmetic.
