I'm on the phone to Sky. It's so funny, it's not true.

I have two phone lines at home. They both connect to the same exchange which is LLU enabled One of the lines has had Sky Connect BB on it since just before the exchange was enabled over two years ago.

If I ask to be unpgraded to Unlimited I am told there is no capacity at the exchange to upgrade.

If I order broadband on the other phone number, there is capacity for Unlimited.

I don't care how, don;t care which line, I just want Unlimited.

I've heard "I'll just transfer you to someone who can help" 6 times so far - wonder if I'll make double figures

If there is capacity for one phone it should be there for the other. If you don't get satisfaction, try making the request on a KANA form. If that does not work calling Customer Relations may be your best bet. I find it very hard to believe that an exchange could be enabled for 2 years without a slot being available. New applicants could be being put on to LLU, while those on Connect are left in limbo.
