      There have been cases reported where Sky have credited users, when they have been at fault and not rectified the problem quickly enough. Getting through to the right person is the main problem, maybe someone who has done it will post their experience.

      If you have Sky phone rental with unlimited talk, you should not be being charged, unless the phone is not working and you are forced to use a mobile.

      i was on the phone to them for a hour a few weeks ago when i ordered broadband at the new house, i told agent that it was disgusting that i had been on hold for a hour and that i wanted 10 credit applied to my bill, this was done straight away and the credit shows on my account.

      Thanks guys, i suppose i will give them (another) call.

      We originally didn't have any phones in the house due to just moving in and have been happy using our mobiles as we have plenty of free minutes but unfortunately the Sky number is not included in that!

      dont be shy about asking for credits to your account especialy if your on phone for long periods of time, all these calls add up, sky has one of the worst records for keeping people in telephone ques, make them pay for it!

      Well my Internet is still not working but it might have something to do with the engineer not coming on Saturday like i was told

      Apparently BT wouldn't send the engineer on a Saturday but Sky didn't know this and confirmed he would be there on Saturday so i waited in for him to turn up when he never did. Nice one.

      Have him booked in this morning but i can't be there as i am at work (step dad waiting in for him) so we will wait and see what happens.

      Also haven't had a response regarding my KANA form i filled in last Wednesday.
