      Sky Broadband Everyday from Mid

      Hi All,

I only just realised that Sky Mid has been re-branded to Everyday, from what i have read from this forum about this product all seems quite clear i.e 10mb, cap limit etc...

My question is that on my router page my DownStream Connection Speed is still showing 8031 kbps, on my sky account page my service indicates im able to get 10mb, also my billing page for BB show Everyday. Should my DownStream Connection Speed show something like 10,xxx kbps.

I just phone sky CS and got cut off which is not surprising, from experience im happy with their BB service but their CS is still truly shocking!!

      Regards

You have to wait your turn to be upgraded, whether you get the full 10Mb, depends on your line. Some have bypassed this by phoning Sky, but it depends on which agent you get whether it is done or not. Hardly worth the hassle of going through the phone inquisition for it.

Remember your usage allowance has been reduced to 10Gb

Got through to Sky CS then was passed to technical/ 3 level support or whatever they call it - the guy changed my line within a minute.

Excellent result! You would get the full 20/1.3Mb if you moved to Unlimited
