      Changing away from connect.

I have been a sky customer for a very long time. Currently I have the Sky connect package for broadband. Over the last month the slow down in connection during the peek 5-12 times is beyond a joke stopping me from playing online games as I always DS.

To solve the problem i am looking to change my package to Sky unlimited as it seems a better service and its cheaper that the connect package, which I find hard to understand.

Due to the area I live it says that I cannot get unlimited.

However other providers say they are able to offer a similar service within my area. I would rather stay with sky as I am a loyal customer but its getting beyond a joke that im paying for a service I dont feel I am recieving currently.

Is there a way to get the sky unlimited package in my area

      Thanks

Unless Sky have enabled your exchange, you have no chance of getting Unlimited. If O2 are on your exchange, they are very good and give a service similar, some say better than, Unlimited.

Putting your phone number on line is not a good idea.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if your exchange is Abinger then shows you have no LLU at the exchange so no matter which ISP you choose it will be a Bt rebadged product. So the only Sky Broadband you can get is The Connect Package

As Isitme said do not put any personal details on threads

Loyal or no, the Sky Connect package is dire, especially for gamers.

If you cannot get any LLU at your exchange then you should look at:- Plusnel, Zen, IdNet or ADSL24.

All do a much better job of running their network and Plusnet do a gamers package which is just about the best you can get if you are a gamer!!!
