Any suggestions?
It's another tale of woe I'm afraid.
I had BB with AOL for about 2 years with no real problems. When I seen the new Sky BB offer I thought "That's for me". Signed up, got my mac code, received my router, letter with activation date (12/09/06) and letter with my user name and password. So far so good I thought.
The 12th September came and went with no sky bb although my internet light was green, I just couldn't get online to any site. A few days later the internet light went out and has remained out ever since. Through the tips on this forum I checked the bt site with the following results:

Not that I know too much about it but I think they look ok.
I have been on the phone to Customer Services and Tech Support and have had as much luck as everyone else i.e. none.
I have now been promised that the mystical Tier 3 will call me back but I have been waiting since Saturday for this call.
Anyone got any ideas of what I can do other then wait? My mrs is seriously nipping my head about this.

Welcome to the site biscuits1987
You are correct it would suggest that your line is active with SkyBB and sorry there is little anyone can do as its now been sent to tier 3 but they will sort you out given the change.
There have been a lot of post with such problems and a few have now been fixed once tier 3 got hold of them.Ray
Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
