      BT Order Tracker - Should I be worried?

      My activation date is the 29th and my order does show up on the BT Order tracker, but when I click on the order I get this :

      We weren't able to retrieve your order information. This could be a temporary system issue, please try again later.
      Should I be able to see the contents of this order? If it's likely to cause me a problem that I can't see the order on the tracker I think I should probably call them up...

      Nothing to worry about that happens a lot and a lot of people have reported the same thing.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Happened to me as well. You seem to get that error message until BT have completed the change.
