      Open Reach

      Just wanted to clear something up, i have a message on my landline phone from Open Reach which is part of BT to fit a line? What is this?

      Are you taking sky talk line rental or a new service? Otherwise it may just be an error, call Sky CS and see whats going on, Sky use Openreach for a range of technical services / installations.

      Openreach are part of BT and are the company that deal with line repairs...
