      i called 2 days ago and got through to first line no probs and then transferred to 2nd line who escalated it and said callback within 24 hrs ...48+ still waiting.

      Tried ringing again today and 1st line no probs then after arguing and put in queue for 2nd line hung up after 20 mins of waiting.

      Well, yesterday evening after getting my MAC code, my speed went from 1.3Mb to 3.6Mb download. Been fine since until a few moments ago when connection was just hanging, switched the router off and on and I am now down to 2.5Mb! I was going to give Sky the benefit of a couple of weeks but now I'm not so sure!!
