      Need some advice

      Hello

Recently I created a thread in response to my recent troubles with Sky broadband... seeing as there is no alternative but to downgrade, I just needed some advice.

When I was with Virgin I was a heavy downloader and however I've changed with Sky to the max package, though I am so far from the line and hardly getting any good speed whatsoever, is it worth having the max package as I'm on the computer as much as I was before but I only do web browsing and play online games... so should I downgrade or keep the package I am on at this moment?

If you do more than 10gb per month then stay on max, only 10gb you could go to mida and base if you use less than 2gb per month.

Well that's what I want to know, is heavy web browsing and playing online gaming acculmulate that much in a month? I usually downloaded 40gb a month with Virgin but I'm only able to download small files nowadays.

      Re: Need some advice

Start with Mid and then upgrade if they tell you you are using too much bandwidth. That's the easy way, let them tell you it's not your fault they offer no sort of monitoring tool you can log into to see.
