      bit of advice please

For a longtime i was getting near maximum sync rate, then slowly over time mt sync has been dropping the stas below are present ones from test socket behind the faceplate. What i'm really asking is, are my line stats about right or should i be getting more and am i on dlm ?

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 12285 kbps 921 kbps
Line Attenuation 34.5 db 17.7 db
Noise Margin 8.4 db 11.0 db

If i were to ring sky and request my line to be uncapped or dlm removed ifi am on it, will i see any change?

      Morning

If you were on DLM your Sync would start at around 4mb and work its way upwards.
I think with your attenuation of 34.5db you could possibly sync around the 14mb area, Certainly your SNRM @ 8.4db suggests you could get a little more than 12285 kbps your getting now if that is direct from the test socket.
I would as suggested look for a stable 14mb sync.
      Hope that helps.

Your not on DLM and your noise margin isn't high enough to give you much more maybe half a meg if that.

I would leave it alone if it is stable.
