      Virtual Private Network (VPN) Assistance Request

      Looking for some help in getting my VPN working on Sky broadband. My laptop uses a Nortel client to access the works VPN. This was OK when we used talktalk, but since moving over to sky I have been able to access. I have logged onto the VPN at work an everything is OK, but not at home.
      I'm using the Sky provided Sagem router.
      I would appreciate some guidance on how to get this to work.

      A work colleague had the same problem but only after his Netgear modem failed and Sky replaced it with a Sagem. Took a while to figure out but we managed to get it to work. The VPN client maybe different to yours but here is what fixed it:
      Show login properties
      Select preferences tab
      click the Override defaults
      click Negotiate UDP encapsulation with VPN server for NAT traversal
      click OK
