      From what you said above, here is my upstream stats and as you can see there is still quite abit of noise margin left to possibly get to the 1.3Mb mark.

      Upstream
      768 kbps
      18.5 db
      18.5 db

      Mine was syncd at 768 at around 12.db before i had the new speeds its now 1024 with 7.5 db

      Hopefully you may do better than me

      I have tryed a router with the same chipset as the exchange equpiment which is what these stats are from.
      I have the stats fromt he sky router as they were before the change in upstream, below.

      Upstream
      764 kbps
      23.6 db
      14.0 db

      Pretty sure it it not against the law if it is a company and not an individual that you have contacted. The company have to let you know, but you don't have to iirc

      However the agent could decline to speak and end the call if you tell them.

      hi
      i never actually recieved an email about new speeds but i did read on an xbox forum about getting my ping times lowered(play a lot of online gaming)i got that sorted via emailing customer support then a couple of week ago a rang support about my download/upload speeds i was getting 8 mb down 764 up after a good hour of tests with a tier 3 technican they gave me 12640 down and 964 up as i,m only 710 metres from the exchange was really impressed with the help i got and i would recommend giving them a call the guy who sorted it out even rang me back 3 days later to check if i,d had any problems
