      I've been checking the stats myself pretty regularily for the past few days and the lowest I've seen the snr was 18.6. Now been almost 2 days since a resync :-/

      It may be time to call Sky and ask for a manual configuration. It does not look like DLM is going to give you any more. Tell them you think DLM has left your connection at a lower speed than it should be.

      Should I wait till sky.com says DLM is over before I call? It still says Line testing is currently in progress.

      Yes, you would be better waiting, if it says it is still training. If there is no improvement when it finishes, get on the phone right away.
