      I think that is all the information that is needed. You see Sky will only take notice of the Bt speed test if you have any problems Sky will ask you to run the speed test for three days when it is being Traffic Shaped and when it is not being Traffic Shaped to see if there is any difference

      and 99% of the time there is a difference, showing it's purely a traffic shaping issue - occationally you get bad speed all the time but I can count these on my hands...

      As Steve says you have a very long line, you are unlikely to get any more with Sky Connect. 63.5 dbs is the maximum attenuation some routers are able to display on ADSL, your actual attenuation could be much more. I'm afraid the only gain you will see will be financial.
