Sky Unlimited Package Upload??

Hey,

I called Sky BB Tech and I asked them to raise my upload as its 766kbs and I noticed they moved it higher with the new unlimited package? They told me this is the highest and I can't go any further, the guy told me I could go upto20mb on download but I was only syncing at 13/14ish so im happy enough with that, what do I do to raise upload??

are you a new user, as in post 22nd June? if not then you'll have to wait for DLM to be applied to your line...

on a side note, if you're a new user (as in last few days) Sky shouldn't have manually configured your line until DLM showed complete...

I've had sky bb for 2 years now... but they will configure it go up without me asking them?

cause DLM is being rolled out onto ALL existing customers in the next couple of months...if the line can then take it it'll go up...
