      using the kana form goes to tier 1 and they raise it to CST (last time - there is no such thing as tier 3 anymore, hasn't been for nearly 2 years!!!)

      Ok thanks for that fellas.. I've sent an email to Sky now and am in communication with them. Funnily enough whilst on the internet last night I noticed a break in connection for a few seconds, and afterwards web pages were loading noticably quicker. I Immediately went and checked my routers download speed, and my download rate had increased again to almost 10Mb again which makes me wonder wether I'm still on DLM.
