noise margin drops on higher sync

ok my internet is coming through a load of extensions which is what i think is causing this

however my noise margin is at a pretty stable 7 at a sync of 13mb download, but it sometimes reyncs to 15mb, which causes my noise margin to plumet too 2.5db
this results in lower speeds funnily enough

can anyone help me leave the sync speed at 13mb ?

Yes your extensions are not helping, is there any way you could do without them? like moving the router to the master and using network cable to the computer?

not really i can but i need the wired internet

isnt there a way to stop it reyncing or limit the sync speed, coz the speeds are fast when its at the 7 noise margin.

Well you could phone Sky and ask them to capp you speed, but that would be a shame as Im sure you have a nice line, if you could move the router, you could still have wired internet from the router to the computer, you would just replace the extensions with network cable.
