max speed

Can anyone tell me what the max speed i should be getting this don't look right to me.

Connection Speed 4095 kbps 510 kbps
Line Attenuation 32.5 db 5.3 db
Noise Margin 17.8 db 23.0 db

It isn't, you're currently capped. Using the Sky User speed test - ADSL2+ Speed Test
We estimate your line is capable of between 12mb to 14mb broadband on an ADSL2+ service.

You're noise margin would suggest the line is capable of a lot more, maybe even the maximum 10Mb on Sky Mid (Everyday)

Have your recently joined Sky BB or upgraded/downgraded broadband package?

They upgraded me to max bout 5mins before i checked the speeds but they told me it would take 48 hrs to kick in.

In that case the stats are normal - this is the starting connection speed for all new Max (unlimited) activations. Once DLM kicks in you should start to see the speed increase.

BTW you may want to change your profile to Sky Unlimited, it'll save any confusion.

Hi yes let DLM do its job then any issues can be adjusted after DLM has finished but you are right everything looks good
