    This is a discussion on Have I been capped?????? within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; just go through the tier 1 TS and have patience...once you're at CST it's a 2 minute job......

      just go through the tier 1 TS and have patience...once you're at CST it's a 2 minute job...

      Right, just spoken to a very helpful guy at sky!!!!! He assured me that I was not capped, but went and spoke to the guys that control speed. Below is the result of them "fiddling"

      still capped a bit - even looks like you're on DLM for Max/Unlimited...
