No change to download speed during dlm ?

Hey guys just a quick question for you, i recently got sky unlimited broadband and was put on 'dlm' a couple of days ago, the sky tech said that i would notice a change in download n upload speed but nothing has happened apart from my upload speed going up by 60, heres what im wanting to know if it waits till the last day of dlm then changes the speed or gradually gets better day by day ? ive tried to read the help page about dlm but its too technical i dont understand. im just concerned because nothing has really changeed. Also i have kept my router on pretty much all the time since i got it.

Just be patent, if after the ten days is up and you are not happy, then post your stats and take it from there. Above all leave your router connected during this time.

Re: No change to download speed during dlm ?

As Brian says, don't turn off the router during DLM.

Post your router stats and we can get an idea of your final speeds.

Re: No change to download speed during dlm ?

You have a superb attenuation but your noise margin is low which indicates you have some noise on the line.

Do you have a test socket? (see sig for details)

If so then remove the faceplate and get the stats again from there, this will remove any internal wiring problems from the test.
