      Sky Broadband Speed slow

I am using a sky broadband base and i should get about 2MB/sec download speed.
but am not getting 2mb not even 1mb just getting below .40
I jst moved my house and in previous one i had proper connection getting not full but a good speed but now here my download speed is so slow and even if i watch a video it takes ages to load.

Anyone know what can be the reason? and how to improve it and get a proper speed?
