      My Sky Broadband Service Details?

      Is it just me or does it say service unavailable when you try to click service details?

      Only just read about the speed upgrades and was curious to see what details were on the service details bit but it doesnt work

      Same here! Hasn't worked for the last 2/3 weeks at least. May be longer, but I only started checking recently!

      I noticed this as well, and when I looked in connection details next to it, thats when I noticed I was on 10 day stabilisation, which I mentioned in another thread.

      Same here "Service Unavailable", call this a guess but I think this will activate again when Sky move us all to their new network?

      Im on Max but i still have a button that gives me that says upgrade to unlimited which is happening anyway so not really any need for it to be there

      mine now says im on unlimited 20mb! but still no change in my actual speed yet?

      Depending on your stats you may not see any speed increase.

      ok just had a look at mine and heres what it says
      Your Sky Broadband
      You have Sky Broadband Unlimited which offers a maximum download speed of up to 20Mb

      Speed Estimate
      When you purchased Sky Broadband, we estimated that the maximum download speed for your line was: 10-20Mb

      i know im not on the upto 20mbit because my lines capped at 16384
      current stats
      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 16382 kbps 765 kbps
      Line Attenuation 31.5 db 18.3 db
      Noise Margin 5 db 11.0 db

      if my lines capped at 16384 then why does it say upto 20mbit?
      and how comes i dont have the higher upload ?

      You are currently syncing too fast for your line, chances are that once DLM is ran for all existing users your speed will reduce, not increase

      Upload should improve though, maybe 1mb or so.

      Ive been trying to check my stats on MySky but I havent been able to log into Sky at all since 1600hrs, anyone else having this prob. Every other website is fine
