How long have you been with Sky, it looks like your line is still in training and you need to wait about 10 days from when it started..

If not then you have been capped and need to speak to Sky CST to get it removed.

I've been with sky for over a year now..
I upgraded to Max/Unlimited this morning, could that have anything to do with it?

      Re: Slowed Down

Strange to see this, i have also been with sky for just over 1 year, i have had no problems at all...
the past week however i get a good 4mb most times but now between 5pm and 11pm my speed drops between .2 and .5 mb and i cant ftp upload/download anything from my websites.

i spoke to an advisor, he told me that if i were capped i would get slow speed all the time.
he suggests that its because of peek time..

why then did this never happen in the past year and only now?

      Cheers
      Carl

yes, all new Max connections go live at 4Mbps and raise from there in the next 7-10 days...it's DLM and you should've been told by sales and Tier 1 when you called...

I wasn't told this, but thank you for telling me.
Do you have any idea what speed I could get with my stats?
