from my original request till now sky still have not sent my mac code, contacted ofcom and they have even contacted sky telling them to sort it and contact me direct, but still waiting, this ERROR that they have must be HUGE as it takes upto 2 weeks to sort it, you know the kind of thing maybe a garage would say when they waiting on a part from china, if it takes IT dept 2 weeks to "fix" the error god help us if they need to replace a part
