      Has Sky moved everyone too Unlimited ?

      Quick question , i signed up before the new packages came out so im "Mysky" it stated "Max" , just logged into my account now and it shows "Unlimited" , do customers get moved over without warning ?

      Seems they've changed the names my mid has changed to everyday but they've not actually migrated the old customers across yet.

      Max is 'Unlimited' - it's the new name...Mid is now 'Everyday'

      Sky Base is still 2MB
      Sky Mid is now everyday 10Mb
      Sky Max is Now Unlmited at 20MB

      Good Stuff Sky !

      You forgot to mention that Sky have reduced the download limit from 40Gb to 10Gb for Mid (Everyday) customers.

      Its a service change then , should customers be informed of these changes , or is it a case of change customers package wether they like it or not .

      Customers are being "informed", albeit in a letter with next months Sky magazine.
