    So who's Connection Details page is working?

    This is a discussion on So who's Connection Details page is working? within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; I mean the one at MySky/Broadband Service Details. I have seen some people quoting from theirs. Mine just keeps saying ...

      So who's Connection Details page is working?

      I mean the one at MySky/Broadband Service Details.

      I have seen some people quoting from theirs.

      Mine just keeps saying "Service Unavailable" .

      Is it only for new customers at this stage?

      Mine is showing the " Service unavailable

      Connection details shows " Download Speed

      Your connection has been set to a download speed of up to
      8.0Mb (8192Kb)
      Upload Speed

      Your connection has been set to an upload speed of up to
      0.8Mb (800Kb)
      Which is wrong lol its more 135000kbps though upload has risen to 800kbps

      Me goes to test that

      I think the Connection Details only show when your line has trained - Mine says - Line testing is not currently in progress.

      I dont know whether it ever has, I've never looked, but it isnt now.

      My service details was working but I have just checked it after seeing this thread and it isn't working anymore. The Connection Details bit is working although there is nothing happening on my line.

      Mine stopped working on Monday, it was fine last week. Not testing yet, one point that strikes me on testing, is that we are about to enter the main holiday season, most ISP's and I'm sure that Sky are one encourage you to turn off your router if it isn't in use for a long period. If testing has started, and you turn off for two weeks, what happens?
