I don't think you are quite understanding. Your connection is heavily capped due to noise on the line. As you have a very high margin in the Test socket this means your internal wiring is to blame. Fit a filtered socket to the master socket and use it and most of your problems will disappear.

You might also want to change your Profile as you are obviously not on Connect.

      Re: Terrible speed

Sky cannot remove the cap because as soon as they do the line will drop out due to the noise.

As advised, you need to fix the problem before Sky can do anything, a filtered faceplate will sort it as long as you connect the router directly to it or if you don't use any of the existing phone sockets you disconnect them all from the master and run from there.

      Re: Terrible speed

If you want your connection fixed, you have two options 1 - leave your router permanently connected to the Test socket. In which case none of your extensions will work. Or 2. Fit a faceplate as I have already suggested. It is pointless asking Sky to remove the cap as it is, they will simply look at your line and see the maximum you can get is 384kbps and refuse to remove it, or remove it and your connection will become unusable.

When you do get it fixed, your high noise margin shows you will get a very good speed for your attenuation.

I would say that there is a fault on the external line somewhere, is there any noise when you pick the phone up crackle or pops etc.

      Re: Terrible speed

where are those stats taken from? the master socket with the new filter plate? or your did you wire your extension into the unfiltered pins and still running it from there?

Check the test socket again as your noise margin is not as good as when you posted from your test socket (i think it should be once you fitted the filtered faceplate)
