First time poster here and hoping that some kind people could offer some advice on my Sky broadband Connect. I got connected on the 8th of this month and have had no problems until a couple of days ago where I have noticed my connection speed has dropped from 1.2Mb to around 350 Kbps.
My router stats
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 1312 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 57.0 db 31.5 db
Noise Margin 9.3 db 21.0 db
My speed test result (from the speed test on this site)
21 June, 2009 23:15:51 392 Kbps 165 Kbps
Any advice would be much appreciated

Sky connect is a re-badged BT product that is suffering for capacity issues, this causes the connection to slow during peak hours 5pm-midnight.
Other factors such as exchange congestion seem to make some connections worse than others, in effect a double hit.
Thye only soloution is to switch to another provider, LLU if you can but if you cannot get LLU in your exchange then look for a better managed network on the BT setup, Plusnet, Zen, Idnet being a few.
