      Line Attenuation 43.0 db 23.2 db
      Noise Margin 5.3 db 7.0 db

      If BT have given your line a clean bill, it is possibly your router that is causing the problem. Do you have another one you can try?

      Unfortunately I have been using a replacement router from Sky for about 3 months now with no change to the issue.

      It's not beyond the realms os possibility that you have another faulty one.

      You could got out and buy your own router, your not surpose to do that but lots have already and I have as well, much better than the sky supplied routers.
