You need to learn how to ask in an appropriate manor.

First and foremost is self help. Ask search engines, "How do I port forward"
Coming on to a forum with the way you ask for help is more than likely to get you ignored,
Like most forums there is a wealth of information at the tip of your fingers using a thing called search. If you don't find what your looking for then Ask the forum for help.
By enlarge the members of this forum are very helpful. But they are not just sat here waiting to answer your queries. So demanding will get you no where fast.

      Thread moved to correct forum.

You would need to find out the ports needed to be forwarded and then add them to your router.

Then adapt this tutorial once you know what ports are required.

How to set up port forwarding to an internal server of any type

Listen Mate. Have you ever heard of a search engine called google?

Simply type in the google search bar "runescape private servers" It will throw loads at you. It really is so simple....Try it
