Google the servers in question, then ask the server hosts what ports they run on...

THEN use portforward.com to forward the ports to your PC/console...

and don't ask me to help as I don't game so have NO idea!!! lol

This will be my last reply Crazy.
Go here as I told you earlier. Simple google search Runescape private servers RuneScape top list, Private servers Select which one you want to use. See the port numbers IN and OUT.
now use the link to port forward.com for your router that I gave earlier. Or use the guide Newsreader posted earlier.

If you can't work it out from here, maybe best you don't invade the world of runescape.

What are you trying to accomplish here with port forwarding? Trying to play a server or host one ?

I have no idea and never heard of an app called " rsps " but to my understanding it stands for RuneScape private servers.

If your looking for some servers to play check this TopList
