      Routers to be dispatched

Not sure how accurate this is, but I contacted Sky again today as to enquire about my router. It's still now showing on their system, but the csa did tell me that they are sending two large router dispatches today and tomorrow.

      So fingers crossed

      Day 2 without Internet...

I'm up for activation on Thu 27/09 so I sure hope my router is in one of the batches (though I'm not holding my breath)

      Starting to get nervous.

My activation day is 29 September and still no router.

Rang one number and got a quick reply, but only told to ring another. That entailed a 15 minute wait listening to piano music before speaking to customer services. The upshot of the discussion was there would be a message on my answerphone when I got home from work this evening telling me when the router would be delivered.

Guess what? No message, so it sounds like another call at 7.51p per minute widening my musical knowledge.

Will I be up and running on Friday? I'm beginning to very much doubt it

Activation tomorrow 28/09 - no router as yet. After speaking to support it appears that one is not "in the post". Email from support person to team leader to request router - anything up to 7 days for delivery.

Hey-ho, dial up here we go
