Can anyone access this website today?
When I try and visit the website it just constantly loads and reads on the tab 'Xbox.com | Xbox.com Home' It doesn't actually load the site, just displays a white page.
I've tried restarting the (Sky) router, changing the DNS servers on my PC and restarting my PC. It seems to be happening on all of the PC's over the network.
I tried pinging the IP address of xbox.com (18.104.22.168 - via Sky's Diagnostics area in my routers CP) and these are the results:
PING 22.214.171.124 (126.96.36.199): 56 data bytes
--- 188.8.131.52 ping statistics ---
4 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss
I've asked other friends, who do not use Sky as their ISP and they can connect to the website fine. This problem arose in the morning of today.
Does anyone else face this problem, or have any idea on how to fix it?

seems to be working fine for me in Firefox. Was a bit slow loading tho

I have the same issue - was wondering if it was a general problem seems to affect all Microsoft Websites as I wanted to check out Zune.net and this suffers from the same issue as Xbox.com

I am on O2 and use open DNS and although it loads, it is taking a very long time doing so.I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

It could be because:
Xbox Live Service Maintenance - Xbox Live's Major Nelson
On Tuesday, June 16th from 7:01AM UTC (12:01 AM PST) for up to 24 hours, Xbox Live will be offline for maintenance. As a result, Xbox LIVE and the ‘My Xbox’ section of Xbox.com will be unavailable, and the Xbox forums will be in read only mode (you won’t be able to post.)
The remainder of Xbox.com will be available with limited interruptions.
This service maintenance is to prepare for some of the recently announced features that will be available later this year.
Let me reiterate: When the service returns, you will not have any new functions or features. This is for scheduled maintenance only.

whoops! Haha, I didn't check the date
But they could be doing it in preparation maybe? The website is also fairly slow for me.

'Twas a bad day for me.
I woke up this morning, bathed and got ready for my exam. I came into my room as I still had another 2-3 hour wait. Decided to play on my Xbox. Switched it on, black screen and three red lights. So decided to try xbox.com support to get it sent off, but couldn't access the website.
It's decided to work now, the Xbox that is.
