      If it is a problem at a network link point they could spend a while just pointing fingers at each other.

      And given MS problem solving in this area tends to be "see if it goes away" when they have network issues this could be a long wait.
      I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

      I'm on gold and have no issues using xbox live and used the market place on the xbox with no problems. I can't use it on xbox.com though.

      You might be right but i would guess it has something to do with the work for getting sky player on the xbox.

      Maybe upgrading the link from easynet to microsloth has gone horribly wrong.

      Your lucky then, i don't know anyone else that is on sky bb with a xbox gold account that has no issues at all with the marketplace content, lets be clear, i'm talking about access to the marketplace content and xbox.com, i have no issues signing in or playing games on live.

      I guess so then, just in case you didn't believe me here's a pic... I actually played halo yesterday for the first time in ages and downloaded the latest maps just fine.

      Well xbox.com still doesn't work so I'm not that lucky.
      Someone mentioned silver accounts work but gold don't... I am on gold and have been since the original xbox and 360... did the people on gold sign up when the 360 was out or not as maybe that is also another factor... but now I'm just guessing and don't have any reason.

      Sky should really look into this and fix this (if they're at fault) though as it's a very popular service and if it's affecting sky and not other UK ISPs it looks bad.
