If it is a problem at a network link point they could spend a while just pointing fingers at each other.
And given MS problem solving in this area tends to be "see if it goes away" when they have network issues this could be a long wait.I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

You might be right but i would guess it has something to do with the work for getting sky player on the xbox.
Maybe upgrading the link from easynet to microsloth has gone horribly wrong.

Someone mentioned silver accounts work but gold don't... I am on gold and have been since the original xbox and 360... did the people on gold sign up when the 360 was out or not as maybe that is also another factor... but now I'm just guessing and don't have any reason.
Sky should really look into this and fix this (if they're at fault) though as it's a very popular service and if it's affecting sky and not other UK ISPs it looks bad.
