      Hey

      Just want to add my name to the list. Don't know how long it's been bad for me but I first noticed it on Tuesday night. Accessing MP on the Xbox is dog, dog slow. Last night, it wouldn't sign in on first attempt and a network test on the 'box initially reported no internet connection, even though my router was defo connected to the net. Signed in eventually tho.

      Accessing anything Xbox.com-related likewise slow as dead dog with no legs.

      Interestingly, for me I have noticed no lag during gameplay (Left4 Dead). Friends list, party menu and game chat all running sweet (for a change, LOL!). Even DLC arrives sharp-ish (once I can get it started).

      Thanks for the tips from all else. Haven't tried tracert, etc but will run if anyone's interested.

      Just tried a silver account and the marketplace loaded up lightening quick! Maybe silver and gold accounts are stored on different severs I don't know?

      Also online gaming has been fine, been playing Left 4 Dead and Rock Band 2 with no problem. And yes downloading DLC is still very quick.......once it loads up!

      i can watch the Burnout Paradise running on NATAL vid no bother, but try to use the xbox forums and it's a no go without a lengthy wait.

      Has anyone here ever sent off their Xbox to be repaired?

      You have to provide your own packaging etc. etc.

      Where can I purchase a nicely sized box (to fit the 360 alone), some form of protection* and cheaply?

      *Such as bubble-wrap.

      Am beginning to really think this is a Microsoft problem as PSN on my PS3 works perfectly from the store to the newly launched VidZone.

      If there is a Sky problem then surely it would affect the PS3 too?

      I have the same problem with xbox.com but have no problems with xbox live on the xbox.

      No, this is about xbox.com not about your PS3... however it does look like a problem at Microsoft's end as shown by tracing the route. But this only seems to be affecting Sky, I'm not sure why it would be routed differently.

      it has to be a sky problem i have asked about 50 people and the only people with problems is people on sky.
      Xbox.com is always slow but now its at a stand still and i can use live with no problems if i just want to play online,its when you try to brows the market place,its takes about 10 mins to get into anything

      Still not fixed. :\

      At least the homepage loads, I guess. Half an hour later.

      Just spoke to my friend Jake, who is a Virgin customer.
      I got him to visit the site. He said it's as fast as ever.
