      It looks like the router is faulty, there is no ADSL on your line, or you are not plugged into a 'live' phone line. Check the phone socket you are plugged into is working by trying a phone in it. If it is, you will have to phone Sky and tell them your internet light is not coming on.

      If you are using a plug in extension, make sure it is not running through 2 filters. If possible plug into the Test socket, link below.

      I should note that there appears to be a little light coming from the tick symbol, but I think that may just be from the glow of the other two (it's not nearly as bright). The lights also seem to flash erratically which I'm guessing is a bad sign.

      I found the Sky CD so Ill revert the router to it's original firmware (in case the Sky guys throw a hissy fit if they check the settings when they replace it), and ask them to send me a new router. I assume I just do the same process as before but woih the old .img file? I can put the community driver on once I've got it up and running
