      Speed - A question

      Hi All,

      I currenly have the Sky Max product, and my connection feels slugish, I am connected into the master socket, please could you have a look at my stats and tell me if I should be getting more speed.

      1. when did you go live? if recently, you'll probably still be under DLM...
      2. how are you setup? details on your current setup would help...

      the line is capped, so probably DLM has run/is running as you should be seeing near to 16Mbps...

      Even though you should get more, 10,000kbps should definitely not 'feel sluggish'. Do a speedtest at Sky User - Broadband Speed Tester and post the result here.
