    Suddenly no down load speed

      Suddenly no down load speed

      Few days ago it all went pair shapped and i only gat about 3 or 4KBs/sec on all things i try and download,checked speeds and all seem ok and just did the router check

      are these ok as im not very pc savvy and if so what else could it be ?

      well, they look like Mid stats - sure you're on Max? if so, you'll need to call Sky to get the line set up right...

      as for download speed - you using wireless? if so, try wired...

      Thanks for reply ,we are on mid ,and only set up wireless abot 2 months ago but got ok speeds till day or two a go ,in morn will hard wire laptop on and see if better cheers

      Try changing he wireless channel. More and more and using wireless causing interference on networks which were previously OK. You might also want to download Netstumbler, link below. If it is compatible with your adapter, it will show the networks in your neighbourhood and the channels they are using. Choose a channel as far from those in use as possible.
