IANTE is correct, don't do it, there is severe capacity issues which will effect speeds from 5pm till midnight 7 days a week.

      Gaming is also severly affected.

I see Talk Talk are in your exchange m8 , I would go with them instead of Sky. I was on connect for nearly 2 years waiting on the hope that Sky would move into my exchange but it never happened so moved to Talk Talk and have not had any regrets yet plus if you take the phone with them as well the broadband costs nothing

Great speeds and constant whatever time of day it is.

My neighbour has TalkTalk, he downloads movies through torrents nearly every night and plays WoW almost constantly, he has never had a problem. I think TalkTalk is a bit like Sky, if you have a decent line and no problems it is great, if you don't it can be dire.

I download movies play on XBOX live and never had one problem what so ever to be honest.

      Don't do it!

It matters not if it is Aberdeen or Acton, Connect is useless between 5pm and midnight EVERY day.

I live 45 miles from Aberdeen and the Connect service was horrendous, DON'T DO IT!

Are you not able to get an LLU product in Aberdeen? If you can that is the way to go, Sky give a good and cheap LLU product. Connect is not worth a light.

      Re: Aberdeen Balgownie Exchange Connect

it's not useless, just not good if you game or want constant speed 24/7 (which the OP needs, in this case)...for general browsing/streaming there's nothing wrong with it!!
