    Losing connection throughout the day

      Hope it's soon....Nothing last night from about 8.30pm up till I went to bed at around 11.30 pm.....back this morning and so far not gone off at all.....maybe it's fixed

      Same again Sun night...total loss of internet from about 8pm on....Internet light on router was orange....back this morning like there is nothing wrong

      Seems BT have fixed the problem....worked fine all day yesterday.
      Got up this morning....no internet and had nothing all through the day
      Sky rang this afternoon to tell me problem had been fixed......I explained the situation and they now think it's a router problem so offered to post me out a new one.
      Son in law came over this evening....plugged the router into the laptop....and somehow got it to reboot the router....hey presto internet is back.......
