That looks like your wireless dropping, but as IANTE says, start your own thread, linking back to this one for information.

When trying Bt speed test this now appears after 4 attempts
Unexpected result received when querying the network to find your services connection details. Please try again shortly, but if this problem persists raise the issue with your service provider.

Re: Steve's Sky Connect speedtest blog

Maybe they are getting fed up with the number of tests you are doing and have cut you off.
Seriously, these tests, I believe, are put into a data base for reference, it could be you have filled your allocated space in the data base so no more tests can be run until the DB refreshes.

You have not been transferred to LLU have you?

DSL 3968kbps dropped IP Profile have changed to 3000kbps for no reason except Line Attenuation has gone from 57 to 58. will run tests in test socket in the morning. if tests are ok then it has to be Sky and Bt messing about with the connection again someone should tell them if it is not broken don`t touch it

Re: Steve's Sky Connect speedtest blog

IANTE yes I know but the Attenuation going up from 57 to 58 used to be 54 then got the new DG934G went up to 55 then new update V2.2.44 went to 57 then last night went to 58. DSL went down 3968kbps and I think that is the reason IP Profile is 3000kbps. It does not seem like 604 kbps a lot faster more like 2742 Kbit/s

Now that is a bit strange What is happening at Bt the one you are told to use but if it gives out readings like that no wonder Sky connect Customers are confused:
How about that Tom Any good if it is happening 5pm till midnight it would make Sky look really bad
